AGM Rattler TC35-384 Thermal Imaging Clip-On

With the Rattler TC35-384 from the American AGM Global Vision, you can transform your daytime rifle scope into a thermal imaging rifle scope. The AGM Rattler TC35-384 has been developed as a clip-on/front scope that you can attach to your rifle scope with a special adapter ring. The scope has a 384x288 (17μm) detector, a 35mm lens and 50hz imaging to easily follow fast moving targets. The scope is only 15 cm long and weighs less than 400 grams, so it is ideal for balance and your comfort.
For optimal use, this clip-on is especially recommended if you use a magnification of 7x or lower on your conventional rifle scope. The thermal imaging camera itself does not include a reticle, you use the one from your rifle scope.

Features of the thermal imaging clip-on

The scope has an optical 1x magnification (up to 8x with digital zoom) and a wide field of view of 10 degrees. It also features a razor-sharp 0.39" OLED display. Several color palettes are selectable, including Black Hot, White Hot, Red Hot, Full-color and Target Highlight. With the latter feature, you will see a small arrow on screen that automatically points to the hottest object. This allows you to easily detect and track (moving) animals. On the device you can take photos and videos. These are stored on the internal 16GB memory and you can transfer them to your laptop or computer with the included USB-C cable. The viewer can also be connected to Wi-fi. That way you can share images live with the smartphone or tablet of others.
To power the AGM Rattler, use the two included CR123 batteries (additional batteries are optionally available). This allows you to use the viewer for up to 4.5 hours consecutively. You can further extend the usage time by using the standby mode.

Attaching to your rifle scope

You can attach the AGM Rattler TC35-384 to the body of your daylight rifle scope using an adapter ring. This is not included, but can be found at the optional accessories section. When selecting the appropriate adapter ring, you should measure the outer diameter of the body near the objective lens of your rifle scope (in essence, not the diameter of the objective lens itself). To attach, you screw the clip-on into the adapter ring and then scurely attach it to your rifle scope. In this way, it does not matter if your weapon has a Weaver/Picatinny, Dovetail, Blaser or other connection because after all, you are attaching the thermal scope to your rifle scope that is already on your weapon.

This thermal clip-on is suitable for shooting at night and in twilight with extreme precision. With this scope you are no longer limited by the limits of nature, such as darkness, fog, rain, snow or plants and branches that can obstruct your view. With the 35mm lens, you have an ideal balance between viewing distance and field of view. The AGM Rattler TC35-384 is particularly suitable for shots at short and medium distances, for example with your air rifle.
